Our goal at Ritual Studio Design is for you to absolutely love your order. We put a lot of heart into creating these pieces just for you!
Custom-Made Orders & Size Exchanges
Because our items are custom-printed and made on-demand upon purchase, we do not accept traditional returns or refunds if you change your mind.
However, we want you to be completely happy with your fit! If you ordered the wrong size, please do not send the item back. Instead, drop us an email at support@ritualstudiodesign.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement size at a heavily discounted rate.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or if you received the wrong item due to our mistake, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.
To report an issue with an item:
- Email us at support@ritualstudiodesign.com.
- Include your order number and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
- All claims must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Photos are required because all claims are reviewed by our production partner before a replacement or refund can be approved.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product price only.
